Lift truck for internal transport

A lift truck is an efficient tool for any funeral director or funeral home. Our trucks not only save you a lot of time, but also the necessary muscle power and effort.

In addition, our lift trucks are designed to meet the requirements ofhealth and safetylegislation. Heavy lifting is no longer necessary. Our lift trucks are fully electric and can be supplied entirely according to your requirements.

Of course, you can also count on a fast repair service. Because we have all the necessary parts in stock, they can be replaced quickly if necessary. We are available 24/7 for the maintenance or repair of your lift truck!

Because every funeral home works differently, we always deliver our lift trucks as custom-made products. This means that you will always receive a product that fully meets your requirements and those of your company.

Standard lift truck (Type: KP & RB)

Our standard lift truck is equipped with an electric lifting motor. This ensures that 250 kilograms can be lifted. The loading platform has a lowest position of 45 centimeters high and a highest position of 165 centimeters high.

The car is equipped with an electric motor, allowing it to run on electricity. You can choose between a "drawbar head" control as shown in the first image, or a "shortened control" as shown in the second image above.

The advantage of the "drawbar head" control is that it makes it easy to maneuver the long trailer, but the disadvantage is that the control protrudes 26 centimeters, which is not convenient in confined spaces. In confined spaces, the "shortened control" is therefore often used.

With this lift truck, you can choose a top with rollers or ball cups. Rollers are easy to roll on and off. Ball cups are useful for turning the coffin on your trolley so that you don't have to lift it.

A number of additional options are also available for these standard trucks to make your work easier.

Options:

Electric transport roller

With this roller at the front of the lift truck, you can easily remove the coffin from the car or refrigerator at the touch of a button. If necessary, we can also tilt the roller so that you can easily rotate the coffin on the ball bearings.

Remote control

The remote control allows you to easily guide the coffin without having to stand next to the fixed controls. Multiple functions can be set here, such as lifting the platform, applying the coffin brake, using the electric roller, or driving electrically.

Roads

You can determine how long the oven needs to be on based on the weight. The weight is easy to read on our control panel display.

Section blade rollers

These rollers make it easy to roll section sheets on and off. They keep the section sheet in place so it can't fall off. The lift truck also gets a wider frame, which makes the care sheet more stable. Our rollers are customizable so you can use different section sheets! If you don't have any care/section sheets yet, we can supply those too!

Higher & Stronger

The lift truck can also reach a maximum height of 195 centimeters. With this height, you can also pull your crates onto the truck with a high cold store. The only disadvantage is that the truck then becomes 13 centimeters longer. In this case, the electric lift cylinder is also replaced by a hydraulic lift cylinder. This makes a little more noise, but is stronger. Maximum lifting capacity 300 kg.

Small Lift Truck (Type: KH)

The small lift truck is equipped with the same electric lift motor as the standard lift truck. You can lift up to 250 kilograms with this lift truck. The loading platform has a lowest position of 30 centimeters and a highest position of 110 centimeters.

The advantage of this cart is its weight. Because it is almost half the weight of our standard cart, it is fairly easy to maneuver. This lift truck is equipped with braked swivel wheels and a box brake. These small lift trucks are often used in small spaces. Ideal as a spare cart.

Small lift truck Extra high (Type: KHEH)

This lift truck is equipped with two electric lift motors as standard. You can lift up to 250 kilograms with the lift truck. Thanks to its double scissor construction, this truck can lift from 38 centimeters to 175 centimeters!

Because this trolley is fairly small, it is easy to use in confined spaces. Its height also makes it the perfect solution for small funeral homes with limited space for refrigeration! The lift trolley is also equipped with braked swivel casters and a coffin brake.

When the cart is only used for empty coffins, you can choose to use a single lifting motor. This changes the lifting capacity to 150 kg!

The cart can be equipped with an electric roller at the front and a removable push bar (with foot pedals) upon request.

Extra high lift truck (Type: HEH)

This lift truck is widely used as a care table by funeral homes. With this truck, you can easily lift up to 250 kg. The truck can lift from 44 to 200 cm, making it ideal for high cold stores!

The trolley comes standard with transport rollers specially designed for care trays. This prevents the care tray from shifting sideways! The trolley is equipped with an electric and mechanical brake to keep the care tray extra secure! Care trays/section trays are also available from us!

This cart is also available with an electric roller, sideways tilting system, and sectional drawers with pull handles at the front upon request!

Customized lift truck

If your solution is not among our existing lift trucks, we can customize a lift truck to suit your requirements! For example, if certain heights cannot be reached, we can create a customized frame to make this possible!

Even if you want the car in a different color or structure, we can offer a solution!

It is also possible to equip your lift truck with a skirt and remove or make the push bar removable, allowing it to also function as a stretcher!
