Overhaul of carts at Polderbos Crematorium, Belgium

The carts at the Polderbos crematorium were outdated and in need of refurbishment. We took the carts to our workshop to renovate them. They were loaned a temporary lift truck so they could continue their work!

The carts are equipped with a new weighing device, wheels, and a longer frame. Thanks to this longer frame, people can now use their higher cooling systems, which previously did not work well!

In collaboration with DFW Europe, we have supplied an English crematorium with two beautiful lift trucks with oak tops. Combined with an attractive skirt and a removable push bar, this also makes it a beautiful viewing table!

Electric transport trolley Crematorium PAX The Hague

In collaboration with Crematech (manufacturer of electric cremation furnaces), we have designed a lift truck that can load the coffin fully automatically.
We have been manufacturing lift trucks for coffins for many years. We have already completed various custom orders in this field. Following Crematech's request, we contributed our ideas and were able to come up with a solution for this as well.
The lift truck is connected to the oven via Bluetooth, allowing the two to communicate with each other. When the truck is in position and ready to insert the coffin, the button on the truck is pressed. The oven door then opens and the coffin is slid into the oven. The frame slides back automatically and the door closes.
